The thing is that the director of the school came to me, and we had a long talk. She was near 50 years old, and had an 18 year old son.

Long story short, she wanted me to make "a real man" from him, if you understand what I want to say.
I argued that she was blackmailing me, and that it was like prostitution. For her it was simple:

"If you don't please my son, I'll fire you, and I'll make it impossible for you to work in any other school for your whole life" she told me.

I accepted.
